Haiti Telethon

On January 22nd most of America stopped to watch the "Hope for Haiti Now" telethon, amongst the millions was HBsunglasscompany. Organizers George Clooney and Haitian rapper Wyclef Jean, brought together a celebrity packed show and more importantly was able to raise an estimated 61 million for Haiti. Some of the performers included R&B singer Alicia Keys, jay-Z, U2's Bono, Beyonce, Coldplay. Actors included Nicole Kidman, Leonardo Dicaprio, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon. It was amazing to watch the world come together to help another country in time of need.

67th Annual Golden Globe Awards

On December 15, 2009 the nominees for the 67th Golden Globes were announced. Some of the fine actors who received a nomination were Geroge Clooney, Meryl Streep, Sandra Bullock, Matt Damon, and Tobey Maguire to name a few. There to announce the nominations were pop singer Justin Timberlake. He was sporting his nerdy but cool clear lens sunglasses. The awards show will air January 17th 2010 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Don't miss it!
